The goal of the ADAPT: Automotive Technology Summit is to give readers a larger understanding, presence and voice in the future of the automotive industry. We feel an obligation to support the independent shop, and the Summit is a forum that gives you the resources, knowledge and strategies to overcome the obstacles you’ll face moving forward. This is your industry. It’s your business that will drive this industry forward.

Yes! As part of your registration, you will receive all meals throughout the event. On top of that, we will provide most of the beverages during the event, too.

Yes! We have a limited number of rooms reserved at the conference hotel. More information on reserving hotel rooms will be made available shortly. Please note: Rooms will sell out so book early.

Yes! Spouses or significant other passes are available for purchase during registration. Please note that they may only attend the Summit Reception. This is to ensure the strongest business environment possible. 

Yes, if they are qualified to attend. They must be an owner, manager, or work in a repair or service facility in the automotive aftermarket (Auto Service Professional, FenderBender, Modern Tire Dealer, National Oil and Lube News, and Ratchet+Wrench readers). The event will be closed to the general public and only industry professionals will be granted access to attend or sponsor. All registrations will be reviewed and unqualified recipients will receive a refund.

Promo codes and special offers cannot be combined. To get the best prices, register as early as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation request made in writing to registration@endeavorb2b.com prior to November 10, 2023 will be eligible for a refund, less a $250 administrative charge per registered person, or a credit to be used at ADAPT 2024. Any requests made following November 10, 2023 will only be eligible for the 2024 credit.

ATTENDEE SUBSTITUTION POLICY: A substitute attendee from the same company may attend at no additional charge by submitting that change in writing including that new person’s contact information, email and title to registration@endeavorb2b.com by November 10, 2023. The substitute attendee must meet the attendee requirement of being an  owner, manager, or work in a repair or service facility in the automotive aftermarket.

NO-SHOW POLICY: No-shows (defined as purchasing a ticket and failing to show up to the event without any notification to event management) will not be eligible for a transfer, refund or credit. If you purchased a ticket and can no longer attend the event, please refer to the cancellation and attendee substitution policies above.
